Exercise: 3 mile run + 1 hour swim practice for triathlon club (I exercise a lot if you haven't noticed. I'm training for a half-marathon and for triathlons)
Cost: $50.41 (Safeway - stocked up on homemade pizza supplies and snacks)
How I feel generally: Fan-freaking-tastic! Swimming always tires me out.
How my tummy feels: I had a couple of pizza-flavored burps. Other than that, I feel perfectly normal!
Extras: One coffee, one Kashi granola bar, handful of baby carrots, a handful of unsalted saltine crackers, and a glass of milk.
People are already catching on to my pizza diet and making pizza plans with me :) I'm loving the support. Work was long today but I got to take a nice long break to do my triathlon training and grocery shopping. It's homemade pizza time tomorrow!
