Woohoo! I spent the morning cleaning and working after an interview and pizza for breakfast. My dad and I went to lunch at Paesano's, a yummy Italian restaurant in town. I got the brussels sprouts and pancetta pizza, my first white pizza of the month, with olive oil, garlic, fresh mozzarella, and lemon gremolata (herbs and such). It was SO GOOD. One of the best this month. I would never have thought to put brussels sprouts on a pizza, but they were cooked really well (browned a little) and it added so much flavor. This evening after practice, we ate some leftovers and I made another dessert pizza, a s'mores cookie pizza. It had a plain (sugar) cookie crust, which I baked first. Then I let it cool and spread Nutella on it, and topped it with Golden Grahams and mini marshmallows, and baked it a few more minutes to brown the marshmallows. At the end, I drizzled it with chocolate sauce and sweetened condensed milk. I liked this one much better than the other dessert pizza. There was more of a variety of flavor in it; it wasn't just sweet.
