Weight: I was at the gym but I forgot to weigh Exercise: 1 hour weight/resistance training + 14 miles on bike Cost: $0 How I feel generally: Unmotivated How my tummy feels: A little uneasy but that's because I'm lactose intolerant and I ate ice cream without a Lactaid pill on hand Extras: One coffee, 3 pieces of unidentifiable hors d'oeurvres, grapes, a handful of almonds, 1.5 beers, ice cream cone Wow, today was delicious but not very healthy. There was a scholarship ceremony which is where I ate all of the hors d'oeuvres, snacks, and ice cream. Oops. The beers happened afterwards when I went out with friends. Oops. I got home and I was so hungry so I had to bake an emergency frozen CPK pizza. This time it was a black bean based sauce, cheese, bell pepper, and pulled pork. It was yummy!
