Weight: 134 lbs Exercise: 4 mile run + 1 hour strength/calisthenics training in the gym Cost: $0 How I feel generally: Pretty good How my tummy feels: Normal but slightly bloated in the evening Extras: One coffee, one apple, two bananas. celery with peanut butter I made two pizzas last night to meal prep for today and tomorrow. I was feeling the lack of vegetables so I tried to include a lot of vegetables. They had mushrooms, bell pepper, spinach, mozzarella, and normal pizza sauce (I like Ragu). One of them also had egg on it (omelette pizza). YUM. It was also nice to have some fruits and veggies to snack on today. I am usually not very eager to eat fruit as a snack, but I guess this high pizza intake is driving me towards fruit. Interesting how that works.
