We had consumer testing today and I had to do some work beforehand too, and then I had a soccer game, so I didn't have time to post immediately. I made Mexican pizza in the evening, with enchilada sauce, ground turkey, black beans, cabbage, and a three-cheese Mexican cheese blend, topped with guacamole and salsa. In the picture with the two pizzas, you can see the huge difference in pizza crust. I bought it in dough form a couple days ago, and on the left is Nugget dough and on the right is Trader Joe's whole wheat dough. There was one side of the TJ's crust that would not form to be a circle, no matter what I did. It still tasted good though! Also, I don't think I included the cost for the grocery trips for the pizza ingredients, so I added it today, since I made the pizzas today.
